curv lab is a digital product development studio I founded to design and ship 3D-printable robotic systems that customers can print at home. I developed everything from CAD, engineering, content, brand, and go-to-market from my studio in San Francisco.

The core product is a fully engineered R/C car chassis system, designed from the ground up for FDM 3D printing. Every component is optimized for printability, structural performance, and assembly by a first-time builder. Customers purchase digital file packages and comprehensive build guides, then print and assemble the entire vehicle themselves. It's a real product business with a loyal customer base that has sold thousands of units globally and has grown a following of over 130,000 people.
